I don't use, but a couple of computers at work does (one have djgpp 
installed). I use a Clipper program where I select the autoxec/config I want 
(by the description and with a menu) and the *OS*. But each configuration is 
fixed, I run this program to switch to other configuration (example: DOS 
6.22+djgpp things to Win95)
