I think the most important thing we need is offer to the user a way to "see" 
what changes we will do and compare the old and the new version of autoexec. 
Like Win 3.1 did in your installer.

I was thinking about it yesterday. Integrating the zip picker in the 
installer is good for people that gets a CD with djgpp and doesn't have 
internet access.
