The March 22nd version of Bash 2.03 is located at:

This version fixes '~/_bashrc' not being read on startup. Robert van der 
Boon's patch fixed one case and I found another today.

I think this port has become stable enough to allow future beta 
announcements be posted to comp.os.msdos.djgpp instead of here.
