Yes, easily. First you check that the program "regedit" exist, then you
run "regedit /e temporary_file". This creates a file which look like this:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft]

"file"=hex:00,00,00,00

You edit this file. Then you run "regedit /c temporary_file" and voila,
you have changed the registry.
