Get the official autoconf-2.13 from a gnu mirror.  Whatever needs to
be changed to *that*, send to bje AT cygnus DOT com.  Also, if he has a
"developer's list", join it and make sure that 2.14 (or 2.13.1) will
work with djgpp with *no* changes.  That's how to maintain a djgpp
port of a package.
