According to the official autoconf maintainer, 2.12 doesn't even have
a djgppcfg.sh.  You must be talking about a djgpp-specific port that
was never submitted back to the official maintainers.

Please, please, please - when you port a gnu package to djgpp, send
the changes back to the maintainers!  If you don't, you'll just have
to keep porting it over and over again each time a new release comes
out.
