Its URL is ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/GCC The name of the file is libc-5.3.46.tar.gz I downloaded the file and have it in tar format. If you are interested in the directory that contains the .c and .S files let me know and I'll upload a pkzip form of the source files to you.
