There's a long form that the major djgpp contributors have filled out
and sent to me.  In ftp://ftp.delorie.com/legal/ are a few samples and
templates; assign.changes is for big changes, disclaim.changes has
instructions for short changes.  Basically, I need a written paper
(email won't do) signed by you (and your boss, if you write software
for your job) that basically says what you'll be contributing (or "all
contributions to djgpp for XYZ years") and that you disclaim all
copyright interests in them, assign all copyright to me, or grant me
license to distribute and/or modify them as I see fit.
