After all, most archives have only 1 build. If anything, the file with no patchlevel in the name should point to the *latest* build (possibly using a symlink). Otherwise, naive users will inadvertently get buggy versions. But I seriously don't think it's a good idea to keep more than a single build of the same version. It should be never required, since the latest build should correct some of the bugs of the previous one. Even if it does include new bugs (which is a rare phenomenon, judging by several years of DJGPP history), it is usually replaced by a fixed version fast enough.
