I tested it in DOS 3.3, DOS 6.22 (non-multitaskers are generally not a problem), Win 3.1 standard mode, Win 3.1 enhanced mode, Win 4.00.95b and Win NT 4.0. While looking at the sources of DosEMU it should also work there (untested, if someone could...) and if it would not be supported, I may have it supported by the DosEMU people. It is likely to work under OS/2, and even if it would not work as expected it would still have a backup method that makes it very unlikely of loosing unicity. In general it is extemily reliable.
