I'd really rather not :-)

In a nutshell, we can do it reliably with unixy sbrk(), sometimes with
non-move sbrk().

If memory were not contiguous you could write an error message and/or do a
partial dump, which might or might not be useful.

And never until someone wants it bad enough to make it happen.
