Documentation bug for `mkstemp'. It doesn't say that its argument gets
modified in place, and in fact the example shows it being called with a
string constant. There are hints, like the reference to `mktemp' and the
fact that it isn't prototyped `const'. This is still present in the 980101
alpha.
