Minor documentation bug in DJGPP 2.02 alpha 980101:

The `va_*' docs are not included in the info file. They are in file:
src/libc/ansi/stdarg/va_.txi

For starters, I think this should be named `.txh', but even changing that
doesn't seem to fix it. I wrote this file, so it could be there's something
wrong with it that I didn't notice before. Can somebody check it?
