The version on DJ's server didn't explicitly say that it is free or GPL, and I cannot be bothered to begin another is-it-free-software exchange with RMS. So I wrote a clone which is GPLed. It was written in a hurry, so it's nothing to be especially proud of, but it does work, both interactively, and with Info and Emacs. I have uploaded man10[sb].zip to DJ's /incoming directory. If people think it's a good idea to make it part of djdev (which I think is where it belongs), fine. If not, it can be put into v2apps. Currently, its sources unzip into src/utils/man/, but if DJ thinks programs from v2apps shouldn't do that (and decides not to include it with djdev), I can repackage. The program in its current shape is pretty much tested, so if DJ thinks it should go into v2apps, it can be uploaded right now.
