wc202.txi from djlsr202.zip yes, but kb.inf from djdev202.zip
not.

Because it was suggested by Eli and I'm absolutely not familar
with the topic in which header file what prototype should go I
was happy about this hint. If you think, it's better to have
it in process.h I think this should be not so hard for you
or let me know, and I will resend the patch again.

I know, that I posted a patch for _use_lfn.c twice. The second
was the better one (djgpp-workers/1997/03/12/03:43:59) and after
this I can't remember about any bugs with it except the small patch
by Eli relative to my patch (djgpp-workers/1997/03/19/12:23:23) which
was only an emacs related problem.
