Hi,
I'm sending three files 
update.bat, diffs.nls and todo.txt
which, I hope, make it possible
to create txtutils-122 package with NLS enabled.
Please let me know if it works.
Basically the diffs.nls file should
be placed in the directory above txtutil1.22
then update.bat run. It seems that
the touch operations are really required or
the whole package has to be rebuild with CONFIG.BAT file.
Any other ideas?
