Hmmm, to be honest I don't remember.  I'm pretty sure that under Win95
some machines allow Executor to use the 1024 Hz timer and some do not.
But that's probably a different problem.

Sigh.  I'm beginning to suspect that Microsoft products occasionally
leave something to be desired.
