I'm confused.  Didn't you want to migrate the current FAQ into a UG?  If 
not, what should we (read: I) do with the FAQ chapters that explain the 
same things that the Guide will explain?  IMHO, having 2 documents that

The first 20 chapters of the FAQ seem like a good starting point.  Some
sections there are too question-oriented to be put into a Guide, but most
of them should be in the Guide, with a slightly different wording (maybe).
