Good point. Okay, I think the batch file will be called DJVERIFY.BAT, and the .EXE will be called... DJV.EXE? Hmm... sounds good for a start. Excellent idea for the batch file, BTW - I'll implement it forthwith. I did have something like what you suggested, but it required an explicit switch (-F) to invoke. The only problem I can foresee is that the program itself uses the first non-switch input as the name of the log file to send output to, and the second as the name of the system report file. I'd have to do some serious testing in the batch file for the proper extensions, or just assume that if the batch file itself is invoked, the first argument is the name of the program?
