It consists of the basic shell of the program, some diagnostics, and bug report generation, plus preliminary documentation. Comments and suggestions are welcome. DJ: I included the binaries with my zipfile because it is way I intend the standard distribution to go. If you have any problems rebuilding it on your machine (or if anyone else does, for that matter), please tell me so I can make adjustments to the makefile. Thanks!
