I put new release and diffs on alpha page. You can get it from:

Check your temporary because early bash.exe may not remove the file
created in back-quoted sequence.

Changes:
  o patched from 1.14.6 to 1.14.7.
  o corrected SYSROOT support routines.
  o added delay remove routine.
  o enabled termios functions and signals.
  o built with djgpp v2.01 960919.

Known Bug:
  o signal handling is not enough to work. (djgpp can't have pending
    and masked signal)
