I'm working on this right now (coincidence).  I just hope that it won't
take too much time.  (Textutils should be a snap, but Fileutils and maybe
also Shellutils need a lot of attention to get them right on MSDOS.)

I also have finished a port of Texinfo 3.7 (will upload today) and
Less-320 will follow in a few days (it's finished, I just have to package
it). 

Btw, isn't it high time we upgrade Binutils to the latest version?  It's 
Binutils 2.7 out there, while we still use 2.5.2.  And Libg++ is also 
2.7.2 these days...
