Hi!, workers.

Now the mbfunc 0.4.3 and wfunc 0.2.1 are available. You can get these from:

    http://www.st.rim.or.jp/~jack/alpha/index.html

The libraries have over 100 functions altogether. If you want the contens
in the archives, follow up "[List in the archive]" on index.html.

CHANGES(mbfunc & wfunc):
  o fixed some problems.
  o added some alias locales.
  o added limited version of _dowprnt function and formatted output functions.
  o added string conversion functions. (e.g. wcstol)
  o added iswascii function and macro.
  o added stub of exteneded multibyte functions.

TODO:
  o add formatted stream input wide function. (e.g. wscanf)
  o support LC_COLLATE and ohter locales.
