Where did that one come from?  IMHO it's one README too much.

There are people who first search for a file named FAQ, presumably 
because they think it's shorter than any README.  SOme of them were heard 
here in the past.

Everybody wants something else near the beginning.  Can't people just 
read it all?  It's so short!
