Did anybody notice the message by Martynas Kunigelis which included a 
uuencoded zip file, about hardware interrupt handlers?  I've taken 
liberty to ask him to try writing a tutorial on this issue and throw in 
some skeleton code that will help.  Please look into his first draft and 
provide him any feedback that you see fit.
