I've started working on the formal documentation for DJGPP (really!)

The first item to be published is the DJGPP Knowledge Base, a place
where we can store stuff that is too big for the FAQ but doesn't fit
into the C library reference.

I'd like to add a section for HOWTOs, like Linux has, to this.  Maybe
tutorials as well.
