I set up a macro to do this in one of the .h files (libc/dosio.h?) which returns the tbseg and tboff - the last time I checked, tboff had been #defined to zero since I know there is no way with the current code to get it non-paragraph aligned (since DOS always returns only a SEGMENT and no offset for any DOS memory allocation).
