This is to announce that the DJGPP port of GNU `tar' 1.12 on
SimTel.NET was patched to correct the bug reported here a few days
ago.  The bug would crash the program when a full DOS pathnames like
"d:/foo/bar" were used on the command line, but without the -P
option.
