The new release of the DLX dynamic linker has been uploaded as dlx211.zip
It fixes a makefile bug and updates a header file.  For those of you who
have written all those flames, you may wish to check the djgpp/v2tk/
directory on your favorite Simtel mirror.  I suggest that you just use the
Download button from the DJGPP page (http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/) to pick a
mirror.  If you still can't find it, just E-mail me and I'll send it direct.
