You don't need to download bsh1147b.zip because bashb6.zip also
contains sample files and readme.dos. If you want documents, get
bsh1147d.zip instead.

Changes:
  o fixed command completion bugs.
  o fixed free() missing when command substitute invoked.
  o added to support double slashed path in builtin commands.
