Unfortunatly the info doc file: texinfo included in txi46b.zip is brocken.
You can easily fix it yourself by changing the lines in the section: Indirect
from:

texinfo-1: 1473
texinfo-2: 301439
texinfo-3: 595476

to:

texinfo.i1: 1473
texinfo.i2: 301439
texinfo.i3: 595476

and you are done. Please note that only the filenames must be changed, not the
numbers behind the filenames.

I have uploaded a new txi46b.zip file with above issue fixed. It is available as:

    <ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/current/v2gnu/txi46b.zip>

The old txi46b.zip has timestamp 2003-07-24 while the newone has timestamp 2003-07-28.
