I've updated the DJGPP port of Perl 5.6.1.

Changes:

* The Configure script should now recognize DJGPP even if using
  CVS-based DJGPP components (e.g. the Win2K-patched zips).
* A problem with file descriptors in spawned programs is avoided;
  this allows autoconf > 2.50 to work (so autoconf 2.53 will be
  available for DJGPP as soon as it is released).
* The binaries are built with support for Win2K/WinXP.
* Perl now uses /dev/env/DJDIR for its directory settings, so the
  separate setup script is no longer needed.

I think that's about it.
