Barcode 0.96 is available from Simtelnet and its mirrors:

Barcode contains a gcc-library for making barcodes, the black lines on white background that
you see on every product, book, and even on Dutch bank-notes. It also contains a front-end for
making barcodes-graphics (e.g. encapsulated postscript).
