	The new Random Name Generator has been uploaded in the v2tk
directory under the filename of nsname10.zip

	For anybody unfamiliar with this library, it allows you to
randomly generate names (human names) at runtime.  It has a very large
database of 10000 names or so.  This turns out up to about 4 billion
different names.
