Bah humbug. I had (wrongly) thought that only binaries dated late 2001 (circa Christmas) had the Win2k fixes. But of course I wasn't around back then (well, I was alive but wasn't very active here). Seems strange that locally-stored .ZIPs that I had already downloaded have different properties to ones there now. But it's still the exact same binaries anyways. Very confusing.
