Other replaces files of previous gcc-5.3.0 release are also there.

The only real changes is actually fixing Ada compiler build and re-enabling Ada compiler
(verified diffs from my own GIT repo). Of course gcc driver (gcc.exe, gpp.exe, etc)  changes
also as result due to information about Ada compiler included.
