Ha!  I wish.  Obviously, it's up now.

As noted by others, all the documentation is included in the
installation in the form of INFO files.  The online documentation is
generated from these info files.  Note, however, that the
documentation you seek is for the library, not the compiler.  "info
libc" should work.

I have no desire to move the site elsewhere.  Occasionally a storm
hits and 2.4 million people are without power, heat, internet, and
phones.  You can wait a few days for a pretty copy of the manual ;-)
