DJGPP does not support any signals that imply multiple processes running concurrently, as it doesn't support multiple processes running concurrently. If a program "requires" those signals, either (1) it won't work under DJGPP, or (2) needs to be ported to DJGPP. DJGPP does support *some* signals, just not those.
