FYI: I've generated (using MiKTeX version 2.7 on Windows) and uploaded
the GDB Quick Reference card in PDF format to
<http://www.bttr-software.de/ports/gdb68ref.zip>. Yes, it prints
"Version 5", but it's really the latest version (from GDB version 6.8).
