Forgive my ignorance, but I'm new to DJGPP and Allegro, and programming 
in general.

I downloaded the files for DJGPP with Allegro, and I get a note that 
says "You need to build Allegro before you can use it. Use 'make'."

So what do I need to do to use make and build Allegro?
