No has explained @manifest to me yet, and trying to google hasn't been successful (google is not what is used to be for some reason). Anyways, I never get any success _or_ failure message by executing bash2.05b> rm -rf @manifest\acnf259b.mft statement, and that concerns me. Of course, the principal of what the acnf259b.mft file tries to achieve is clear enough, and anyone should be able to construct a simple batch file to acheive a delete-package utility... Another fascinating observation, with the unzip32.exe installation is that I have a considerable number of packages, most of them as recent as possible, installed, and that installation is about 111mb... my original installation, using the same packages but from the FTP download site, and not necessarily as updated, is considerably larger. Again, please join us on Freenode IRC server for the #DJGPP channel. This is a 24-hour channel and should always be available. Hopefully, as word gets around some of you might be willing to hang around as long as you like. IRC is a real-time chat environment. Sometimes a little patience is also needed, but I believe this can be an important source of assistance. I would be interested in learning about other IRC attempts in the past.
