I would advice the following:-
1) Go and grab the latest Rhide 1.5.0.1 at
http://rhide.sourceforge.net/snapshots/ (www.rhide.com is not working
when about 2 minutes ago)
2) Go and grab the 2.04 wip release at
http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/win2k/main.htm

And do NOT use 2.03 and 2.04 executables. 

If you read the 2.04 info on the pages and in the readme files then
all of the problems (or if they do not then stasrt Rhide with a -S
(upper case) option).
