At that time I thought that the HTML version must be outdated, because it contained an unsupported function, but DJ Delorie told me that it was the exact opposite. Eli Zaretzkii has pointed out a HTML version on the FTP sites which seems to match the 'libc.info' file which comes together with the DJGPP package.
