Are you using Rhide 1.5.0.1? If not then give it a try.
Are you using the latest video card driver? If not then try upgrading
it.
Are you using an Nvidia card? If so try starting Rhide with a '-S'
upper case S and see if it helps. If it does then the vidoe bios is
buggy.

Have you tried other DOS applications to see if you can get this
resolution in full screen mode? This will see if the video bios
supports this text resolution.
