How exactly do the results ``not agree''? It's hard to even try thinking of which of the myriad of possible differences between the two system configurations could cause this, without knowing what is the difference in the results of running the program. Also, please tell in detail how do you get to the ``command prompt from boot'' configuration. It could be that we mean two different things when we talk about that.
