If you have a POP3 mailbox, try using swenfilter or mailfilter. For swenfilter, do a search on Freshmeat. It's a Perl program. It'll probably run on Windows, if you install ActivePerl. It catches about 75% of Swens, in my experience. (I've had ~150MB-200MB Swen mails over the past week.) mailfilter is http://mailfilter.sourceforge.net/ . It's a C++ program.
