Oops, fixed.

Simtel didn't just stop mirroring - they deleted their copy, which
means that all the simtel mirrors vanished overnight.  I've sent
requests out to the individual mirrors, and some of them are mirroring
djgpp directly now.

On a side note, my T-1 line is running at 100% now ;-)
