Some of those options (not all) needs some cooperation from the program 
using the editor. RHIDE doesn´t implement all of those helpers. You can 
try using a new RHIDE (1.5 stable or 1.6 experimental) or use SETEdit 
(the standalone editor) for editing and RHIDE for debugging. You can 
create a makefile from your project and compile it from the editor.
