Is something wrong with using Ispell? (It can even be invoked from within the DJGPP port of Emacs, if the UI presented by Ispell itself somehow isn't to your liking.) Note that the `words' file is not part of a standard DOS/Windows installation, you have to ``steal'' it from some Unix box.
