That's an interesting question.  I'm running under the assumption that
if a page has become "orphaned" by the author (i.e. can't contact the
author, original web site missing, hosted by a third party anyway),
then it's OK for me to host it here.  The biggest problem is finding
the missing pages.  But if someone else wants to host them, that's
fine also.

If later the author returns and asks that I remove them, of course
I'll remove them.
